I started my career in the year 1991 as an Accounts Assistant after which I was promoted to Accounts Supervisor and now currently holding the portfolio of Manager, Accounts & Administration. Over the years of experience gained with constant interaction with MD, RPM Engineers and other consultants, the knowledge gained has helped my professional growth and career. Importance of team work, perseverance, punctuality, honesty are some of the few key traits I learned over time. Working with RPM Engineers is highly enriching and wholesome. This is the first company I joined after completing my graduation for the role of Accounts Assistant and today I am Executive Accounts. I have been working in the same company for more than 10 years and this is proof enough for everyone to know the reliability of RPM as an organization. RPM and its senior employees not only get work done from colleagues but also teach / learn along with each other how to work and create highly caliber employees. I have been working for RPM last 16 years, during which I had the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging products and its development. The position I hold and responsible for challenges me and stretched my ability to perform in different areas. Management encourages and empowers me to do my best. I joined as Production Supervisor in RPM and over the years got promoted to hold a senior roles in production department in a short span. Our organization gives a chance for youngsters to lead and always open to new ideas and new ways of approach to work. As a team, we have introduced new techniques and methodology in fabrication process. We are developing 6S and lean manufacturing in our organization through KAIZEN way. Opportunities are available to continuously develop ourselves on a personal and professional level. I look forward to working and growing with RPM for many years to come.

I joined as an Asst. Engineer for Quality Control and has been one of the best decisions in my carrier. I want grow with the company and be a part of the organization that understands the importance of supporting employees. RPM being one of the leading food and dairy equipment manufacturer also ensures to give a chance to young engineers to share their ideas towards increase the productivity as well as new ideas in manufacturing technology. Senior management is approachable, respective and open to new ideas. One gets a chance to dream big and grow with their own efforts invested. Working at RPM is the greatest opportunity I have ever had. RPM is a great example of how quality is a critical part of the success of the company. Our young engineering team is trying to incorporate some updates into our systems, production and engineering design. Our management and front line staff of engineers train their colleagues how to confront daily challenges at work and overcome situations difficult to handle. For those who are new to the sheet metal fabrication industry there are numerous opportunities to improve their skills, knowledge and gain experience. I started working at RPM Engineers from the age of 22. I Joined RPM as a fresher after graduation and currently holding the position of Assistant Manager. During my work experience at RPM, I learned a lot from my Managing Director who have helped and supported me a lot during my initial stages of my career. I have been given several opportunities to grow in my career as well as in my personal life. With 31 years of experience with RPM, I feel immense pleasure and proud to work in this 47 year old organization. For over 12 years, I have been working with RPM in the sales and marketing department and currently holding the designation of Sales Executive. We here in RPM known to maintain our reputation to manufacture good quality food and dairy equipment for various customers across India. As a Sales Executive, I have the brilliant opportunity to interact with all the customers on a regular basis and I have over time developed the ability to answer all their techno-commercial queries and ensure to maintain effective communication with the customers of RPM. Work gets interesting as with implementation of newer technology for the equipment, greater is the service we are able to provide for our customers. I am very punctual to work and look forward to work on a daily basis and implement newer ideas for sales and marketing. Hope comes with success but success will come only if one has hope. There is nothing impossible for those who attempt sincerely. Our aim is customer satisfaction.

First of all, I am very glad to be working with RPM Engineers. One super-duper awesome roller coaster ride with many beautiful souls. Managers, colleagues and higher level management are always ready to help without a second thought.
