It is not an option, but rather a prerequisite in all food sectors to maintain hygiene by implementation of CIP adhering to established recipes and cleaning methods. Using rapid and turbulent cleaning processes, the residual product traces from pipelines and equipment can be completely removed / cleaned revealing the base materials original finished form. Advancements made in CIP are many with various combinations of recipes / preparation modes (manual or semi automation or automation) in the CIP kitchen. Based on the plant capacity, circuit sizing and operational utilization, the number of circuits can be finalized from histogram.
